Scope of Work:
1. Construction of concrete floor slab
at 3rd floor with approximately 3-4” thickness.
- With floor finishing and floor tiles
- With plumbing works for the laundry area
- With wall fence - 5 layered concrete hollow blocks with plain finish, welded steel
- With tiled laundry sink and clothes hang line
- With roofing
- With painted steel matting
2. Construction of steel beam at 2nd floor (will depend on the stability of the structure after applying floor tiles)
- With painted steel bars
3. Ceiling works and insulation
4. Crop-out wall access for laundry area and install PVC door set
5. Drywall partition for 2 rooms using metal framing system
- With semi-gloss paint of walls and ceilings for the 2 rooms according to the desired color of the owner (Preferably yellow and lavender colors)
- With gloss paint for baseboard and ceiling moldings
- With crop-out portion for the aircon installation
- With small window jealousy for the 2 rooms
- With installation of door set.
6. Installation of floor tiles using 40cm x 40cm with grout on 3rd floor.
7. CR Renovation
- Installation of wall tiles and listel tiles
- Installation of bathroom fixtures like mirror, toilet paper holder, ring holder, bidet shower, robe hook, glass shelves and towel holder
- Installation of PVC door set
8. Painting of walling and ceiling for 3rd floor including the stairway wall.
9. Painting and polishing of the wooden step board and metal stair railings according to the desired color of the owner. (Preferably: Black Oak for the step board and metallic black for the railings)
10. Fabrication of bed frames and cabinetry.
- Bed frame: Single bed (36” x 75”) no headboard but with pullout storage underneath
- Bed frame: Double bed (42” x 75”) with headboard
- Wardrobe Cabinet: 2-door cabinet and 3-door cabinet
- Mini-shelves in the two rooms
- Hanging Cabinet in the first room
- Storage Cabinet above the stairs
11. Installation of wood panels for balusters in the hallway including the painting of the panels
12. Setup of electrical wiring and connection for lightings, aircon, outlets and switches with safety breakers.
13. Additional Plumbing works in the CR.
Work to commence on or before: June 22, 2012
Substantial Completion on or before: July 15, 2012
Full Completion on or before: July 22, 2012
Agreed Labor Cost: Php 35,000.00
