Finally, DECA gave us our Permit to Occupy (PTO) for Blk 5, Lot 29 last Thursday afternoon June 14, 2012. On the following day, Dwyt immediately paid the water and electrical connection as well as the construction bond so that we can start the renovation of the unit as soon as possible. Dwyt also talked to Engr. Edgar (the on-site engineer assigned for the construction of DECA townhouse units in Mandaue Prime) for a scheduled orientation of our unit.
Expenses:
Water Connection - Php 3,750.00 (waived)
Construction Bond & Electrical Connection- Php 3,500.00
Electrical Materials (Electrical Meter, etc.) - Php 1,000.00
Application of Electricity to VECO - Php 1,500.00
Hopefully on Tuesday, June 19, 2012 we will already have our house key!
